The following information is the privacy policy set out for the Association website and is managed by a volunteer of the Association.

The Association Website

The intention of the website is to ensure that its content relates to the charity ethos and with the best intention to maintain and ensure that the appropriate steps with regard to user privacy of visitors to the website. To the best of our ability we try and offer up-to-date and reliable information throughout. The Association website conforms to user privacy. Through opening the site, it is deemed that acceptance of the content with regard to the Association’s activities is useful and relevant. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any decisions you make as a result of the website content.

Contact & Communication

Users contacting the website via the ‘contact form’ do so for their own purpose, at their own discretion and should personal details be included then it’s at the individual’s risk. Such personal information will be kept private and stored securely. At such time when the information is no longer needed it will be destroyed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. When contacting the Association via email every will be made to secure a safe email submission process but point out that such a transaction is carried out at the individual’s own risk. Any information submitted by the Association in return will be about the facilities offered or in answer to a query or request.
